However, if you can handle the constant self-referential humor and in-jokes of the indie rock/pipe-and-beret crowd, you will find yourself rewarded by his occasional personal anecdotes, which are warm and genuine.
Overall, we give this blog three stars.

see i was fiddling with this, and was very absorbed in the movable type interface and the changeable style sheets and all that, when my friend suzi says, Hey andy [some friend], can you move your bags? Someone might steal them there. glancing over i fume, What do you mean 'might'?! There's one missing! she replies, Um yeah, i saw some guy take off with it, he went that way ...

so anyway i left off right in the middle of playing with my first post to go chase the fucker after realising that i'd been robbed YET AGAIN. i wasn't even sure it posted but the warm comments i received from gene and kristen (screw you michelle!) i guess mean that it did.
the good news is that this girl said, I have a car, I'll take you to chase the guy.
we didn't find the guy, but i made a new lady-friend.
